MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Systems Administrator – Data and Pricing is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely maintenance of pricing models, data integrity, and system functionality within the organization. This includes capturing and updating price lists, maintaining data accuracy across systems, and supporting the data infrastructure that drives analytics and business decisions. The role also involves optimizing system performance, ensuring data security, and providing technical and operational support to internal teams.
DATA & PRICING SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration
- Accurately capture pricing data and verify that calculations are correct and reflected appropriately in systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on Sage 300 (Accpac) and ensure correct data integration with Sage CRM.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers to define and implement appropriate pricing methodologies.
- Maintain and improve standard data and pricing templates.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the CRM system.
- Create, maintain, and update training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support.
- Address CRM dashboard queries and ensure data accuracy across reports and sales analytics.
Vendor and System Process Knowledge
- Develop a clear understanding of vendor operational processes to ensure alignment with company pricing models.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of Sage 300 and CRM systems to ensure functionality and data consistency.
- Support the rollout of new projects and system enhancements.
Innovation and Optimization
- Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency, data accuracy, and overall performance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in systems and data administration.
Support and Maintenance
- Provide technical and operational support to the data analytics team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system or data-related issues promptly.
- Perform routine system updates, maintenance, and data validation tasks.
- Document configurations, workflows, and data processes to ensure consistent operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Information Systems or a related field.
- Knowledge of BI Tools and SQL (preferred).
- Experience with Sage CRM and Sage 300 (Accpac) (preferred).
Experience:
- 1–2 years of system administration experience, preferably within a pricing or costing environment.
- 2-3 years of data capturing experience, with exposure to managing large datasets in a fast-paced environment.

Office Requirements:
- Office-based working environment.
- Semi-formal dress code.
- Working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00.
- Excellent international business language skills (English), both written and verbal.
- Reliable transport to and from the office.

- This is a permanent position subject to a successful three-month probationary period.
